Katawa Shoujo [Final]

Katawa Shoujo is a bishoujo-style visual novel set in the made up Yamaku Secondary School for handicapped youngsters, found some place in current Japan. Hisao Nakai, a typical kid carrying on with an ordinary life, has his life flipped around when an inborn heart imperfection drives him to move to another school after a long hospitalization. Regardless of his challenges, Hisao can track down companions — and maybe love, assuming he does his best. There are five principal ways relating to the 5 primary female characters, every way following the storyline relating to that person.
