New checkbox to disable pump and other extra lovense functions

Lovense functionality is accessed via the main menu.
The game will need a stable 30fps for the patterns to stay matched with the game. If it feels like the toy is going faster than the game, please check your fps. You can turn the quality to low and disable the background in-game if you are having trouble, this should help.
