Horny Recruiter is a visual novel-like interactive fiction game where you take the role of a “recruiter” of a multi-national tech company. You encounter various types of characters as “applicants” and must make appropriate decisions based on the criteria given by your manager. Of course, you’re free to do anything that you want!

-Players have the leeway to pick the skill they desire, which will be accessible/ unlocked after asking the applicant three interview questions. They can use the available skills for all the applicants.
-The Recruiter (i.e. the Player) now has different personalities.

-Changed the overall flow of the game using stand-alone interview questions, compared to HRV1, where the interview questions are embedded in the story per se and have a linear path and story.

Horny Recruiter is a “choice-based fetish interactive interview” game that uses visual novel elements for progression and storytelling.
You go to work each day and interview a variety of applicants.
Get to know them, their background, and their personality, and eventually decide whether to hire them or not.
However, some applicants will do literally anything to get a job in the company!
More updates will be added to the game in the coming months, such as:
More Interactive interview mechanics
“Promotions”, where your character gets promoted to the next level of the interview process and gets to perform Physical Examinations, the ability to Termination, and Panel Interviews.
“After-work mechanics” to enhance your character’s stats such as taking online courses, going to the gym, or watching a variety of porn!
More simulation-like mechanics like buying food, furniture, or renting a new apartment
Fully animated lewd scenes
