Developer Notes

First off, this is not a game… this is an interactive novel with limited interaction so far. You are one character, the title character, but the story does follow other characters at times to give a complete story. Choices, as limited as they are in this early offering, DO mean something and will play out in the chapters ahead if not already… and there will be multiple endings.

And yes, this is AI art… I am a storyteller. I spent two years trying to develop 3D models in DAZ, which were OK… but it was time consuming, resource draining, and drastically unrealistic. I’m just not good at it.

Thankfully, AI makes it much easier for a solitary storyteller like myself to create a story with visuals, at a pace that almost keeps up with my imagination. The imagery in this will not always be consistent especially regarding clothing and background details… and when more than one character is in a scene. I’m trying my best and eventually I’ll get more RAM in my PC to improve on the speed and quality of these images.

Hopefully you get a good and entertaining story that makes up for any perceived flaw in graphics. I like the graphics in this. I’m pleased with the direction the technology is heading. There are two images in this that remain from the old DAZ days… one is the cover image. Everything else is AI, and I think 95% of it is fantastic. But I’m also 50 years old and getting blinder by the day.
